The Software, the Documentation and the Data are owned by Vetnosis. This Software, the Documentation and the Data are licensed to you on a non-transferable and non-exclusive basis and in no event may you copy, distribute, transfer, assign, rent or lease, sell or otherwise dispose of the Software, Data or Documentation on a temporary or permanent basis to anyone else.

If you use the Data for any purpose within internal documentation, you must display an acknowledgement that the source of the Data was Vetnosis with a suitable attribution. You may not use the Data for any purpose within external documentation without the prior written consent of Vetnosis.

You are responsible for all use of the Services made using your email address and password. You are responsible for protecting and securing your personal password from unauthorised use. If you believe there has been a breach of security of your personal password you should notify Vetnosis immediately, or change your personal password using the facilities provided.

You must not disclose your password to any third party to allow them to gain access to the password protected Data. It is strictly forbidden for your personal password to be used by another person to access password protected Data. Access to the Software, Documentation or Data for users not authorised under this license through unauthorised copying of the Software, Documentation or Data or otherwise (including Software, Documentation or Data which has been modified, merged or included with other software, documentation or data) is strictly forbidden.

Vetnosis makes no written, oral, statutory, express or implied warranties, conditions or representations concerning the Software, the Data or the Documentation, or the results of use and expressly disclaims any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Vetnosis used its reasonable endeavours to obtain the Data from sources deemed reliable, but Vetnosis makes no warranties or representation about the accuracy or completeness of the Data.
